Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture & Land Office has secured a budget from the FSRP (FOOD SYSTEM RESILIENCE PROGRAM) now invites all contractors of category GC-5/BC-5 & above to construct a Lalisa Kone Primary Farmers Cooperatives Ware house at Dabo Hanna Woreda, Buno Bedele Zone., in Oromia National Regional State.

Accordingly, the Woreda now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution and completion of the following projects.

1. The bidder shall submit a certificate of registration or certificate of competence from the concerned body that renewed the current budget year who has renewed their Trade license for the current year and who has got VAT registration cer- tificate & Tax clearance certificate valid during the bidding period from Oromia Revenue Bureau/Federal Tax Authority.
2. Bidding documents in the English Language may be purchased from Dabo Hanna Revenue Authority upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of 500.00 (five hundred ETB) starting from the day of announced on this news paper for 30 (Thirty) continues days.
3. A bidder has to have a registered VAT Certificate, trade license, tax clearance, reg- istration certificate and registration in the PPA's Suppliers List certificate must be attached with the application.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand birr ETB) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee.
5. The bid will be valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening. The bid security must be addressed to the Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture office) by specifying the project name.
6. The deadline for the bid submission shall be up to 10:00 AM or 4:00 local time on February 17,2025 G.C. to Dabo Hana Woreda Vice Administration Office, Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. and the bid open will be the same date of bid submission on February17,2025 at 11:00 A.M or 5:00 Local time.
7. Bidders are required to submit bid documents in two envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals separately enclosed.
8. The original and two copies of the Technical document shall be placed in a separate seal envelope wax sealed marked as 'TECHNICAL DOCUMENT ORIGINAL, TECHNICAL DOCUMENT COPY 1, and TECHNICAL DOCUMENT COPY 2' and, then placed the three separated documents in a one large outer envelope wax sealed marked as TECHNICAL DOCUMENT. All envelopes must be stamped, wax sealed, and signed by a bidder and all other information shall be marked.
9. The original and two copies of the Financial offers shall be placed in a separate seal enveloped and wax sealed marked as 'FINANCIAL DOCUMENT ORIGINAL, FINANCIAL DOCUMENT COPY 1, and FINANCIAL DOCUMENT COPY 2' and, then placed the three documents in a one large outer envelope wax sealed marked as FINANCIAL DOCUMENT. Finally, the TECHNICAL DOCUMENT AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENT should be in one mother envelope. All envelopes must be stamped, wax sealed, and signed by a bidder and all other information shall be marked.
10. "Bid security" in a separate envelope then must be inserted in the original financial document and to be opened only in the presence of the tender committee.
11. The validity of the bid shall be 90 days from the date of bid opening.
12. Dabo Hana Woreda Agriculture & Land Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
