Guduru Woreda Roads and Logistics Office (Oromia, Horo Guduru Wollega Zone) now invites all contractors of category Tender Notice for Rental of Road Maintenance Construction Machinery of Gobu-WTG/ Dambi Road segment.

The Roads and Logistics Office of Guduru District is seeking to hire Construction Machinery for Various Construction Machinery for the Maintenance of Gobu-WTG/ Dambi (181(m) in the 2017 E.C Budget Year.

Therefore, companies with the rental license for this machinery can participate in the tender if they meet the following tender requirements.

The criteria for the competition are;

1. Bidders hold Machinery Rental License renewed for 2017 E.C Budget Year.
2. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
3. Can provide proof of VAT registration.
4. Only bidders registered in the Supply list by the regional Finance Bureau may bid.
5. Bidders shall submit a CPO bid security of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) in writing from the Bank mentioning the Project Owner and the name of the project
6. The successful bidder shall deposit a Bank Guarantee of 10% of the total price.
7. It can supply all the above machinery in one place and it is not possible to compete in division.
8. Must submit a letter of innocence as a taxpayer.
9. Bidders may purchase the tender documents from Guduru District Revenue Office room no. 04 against payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 (Five Hundred) only.
10. The tender will be aired for 15 working days from the date of this notice. On the 16th day at 10:00 pm 4:00 Local Time) in at Guduru Woreda Administration Office Room No. 1 on same day, the auction will be opened at 10:30 pm (4:30 Local Time). If the 16th is not an ordinary business day, I will be open on the next business day. Procedure for confiscation of Technical and Financial Documents:
    1. Technical Documents (technical document) are mailed in one original and two copies only and are mailed in one place at the same place,

15. The Office reserves the right to cancel the tender in half or in whole if it finds other better alternatives.
