Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the "Construction of Pre-Fabricated House Work for Angar Gutin Project" to be sub-contracted in local currency.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the construction Works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant license, Valid Business License Indicating the Stream of business in which the Bidder engaged in and must be registered in the public procurement Administration Agency's Supplier's list, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by the tax authority stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids,
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (GC-4 or BC-3) and with relevant experience and valid license. Can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
3. Bidder shall furnish bid security in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and Irrevocable bank guarantee with amount ETB 200 000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand) in the name of Oromia construction corporation Failure to fulfil acceptable bid security will be Couse automatic disqualification.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from procurement directorate.
5. Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.
6. Bid will be closed on Jan/28/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
7. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or fully.
