Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the Supply and Fix of Armstrong Works at Bishoftu Poly Technique Dormitory Mixed Use Building Projects to be sub-contracted in local currency. Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax authority.
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (Finishing Contractor) and with relevant experience and valid license. Can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
3. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.
4. Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date
5. Bid will be closed on January 28/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
6. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
