Woizero Siheen Polytechnic College is seeking to produce the following items has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Educational and skills for Employability project [EASE], and intends to apply part of the proceed toward payments under the contract for education and training purposes for the year 2017 E.C Lot 1. Office tools and equipment Lot 2. Stationary. Therefore, interested bidders who meet them requirements below can purchase the bidding document they will have to pay Birr 200.00 (Two hundred). For non-refundable you can compete by buying.

1. Those who have a renewed valid business license and are engaged in the business sector,
2. Able to provide evidence that they have paid the taxes of the day;
3. Have a taxpayer identification number/TIN;
4. If the procurement amount is Birr 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand Birr) and above, you may submit a certificate confirming that you are registered as a VAT payer,
5. In order to participate in the bidding, bidders must attach photocopies of the relevant evidence mentioned in No 1-4 listed above to their bidding documents.
6. The type and specifications of the goods to be purchased can be obtained from the Bid Documents.
7. Bidders can get the bid document from Woizero Siheen Polytechnic College Office No. 204 / New Building by paying a non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr.).
8. Bidders must keep proof that they have paid 1% of the total value of the goods for which they are bidding by a bank-certified payment order (CPO) or cash.
9. Bidders must show original business license and VAT certificate tax payment taxpayer identification number (TIN) upon request on the opening day of the bid.

Bidders can fill out the bid document and submit the bid document in sealed envelopes by11:30 am on the 15th consecutive day at the office No. 204/ Administration building of Woizero Siheen Polytechnic College.
