- The SINQEE BANK S.C hereby issues a Request for Proposal document, hereinafter called RFP, to vendors to participate in the competitive bidding for providing Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Integration of (ZDLRA)
- The RFP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred, reproduced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding.
- The RFP is not an offer but an invitation to receive bidders' response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of the Bank and the bidder.
- The Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information and/or interpretation.
- A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) is available up on payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr).
- The digital copy of the RFP document(s) will be delivered to vendors via e-mail to the authorized receiver.
- The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount birr 2,000,000.00 (Two Million only) in the form of Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other than the purchaser's bank or Cashier's payment Order (C.P.O) from any local commercial banks.

- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the Proposals in part or in whole without giving any reason whatsoever.
- The Bank reserves the right to stop or cancel whole or part of the process at any time without notice to Service Providers (SPS) and the Bank is in no way liable to the SP or anyone coming across this document, or participating in the process.
