Benshewabu Market Center SC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for retaining wall and site work for an under-construction project in Addis Ababa, Addis Ketema sub city Woreda 01.

Interested parties are invited to consider the following criteria:

Title: Ceramic, Painting and Sanitary Fixture

Contract title: GC/BC-7 and above

Duration: 4 months starting from commencement day

Duty station: - Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Benshewabu Market Center Share Company has allocated funds from the shareholder's budget for the construction of a retaining wall and site work for a 17-storey (3B+SB+G+14) mixed-use building in the Addis Ketema Sub city (American Gibi) Area. Interested bidders must submit the following documents along with their expression of interest letter. a certificate of registration from the Ministry of Works and Urban Development or other relevant regional bureaus with a category of Grade 7 or above for building contractors and general contractors, as well as any other necessary documentation to demonstrate the bidder's compliance, which shall include:

1. Comprehensive Company profile
   1. List of major projects and clients
   2. References, with details of contact addresses
2. Renewed professional and Trade Licenses, TIN Certificate and other relevant documents.
3. All the documents shall be designed by authorized personnel or legal representatives.
4. Interested and eligible bidder can purchase a complete set document against and non-refundable payment of 500 (Five Hundred) ETB.
5. All bid must be a companied by bid security amount of 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) ETB in the form of CPO from domestic bank in Ethiopia.
6. Financial offer shall be produced is separate sealed envelopes labeled as original and copy. Technical offer shall be made in separate third sealed envelopes clearly labeled as technical offer. The four envelopes including the CPO shall be sealed and signed outer envelope
7. Beneshwabu Market center SC Company has the right to reject fully or partially this bid.
8. Bidder will be conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedure contained in the public procurement proclamation of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and it's open to all eligible bidders.
9. Bidder should submit their bid document to Benshwabu head office 4 floor office number 407 before January 06, 2025 at 10:00 A.M and bid will be opened 10:30 A.M in the presence of interested bidders or their eligible representative on the same date.
