About the Assignment Under the Kefeta Plus Project, DEC supports the development of youth community service initiatives in Addis Ababa and Debre Birhan. In line with this, DEC seeks to procure a Grinding Mill Complete Accessories to enhance the milling service capacity of the Blind Association in Debre Birhan City.

Bid Requirements

DEC invites capable, qualified, and technically competent bidders with valid licenses for the Ethiopian FY 2017 to participate in this bid. Interested bidders must note and adhere to the following:

• Bidders can collect detailed specifications and quantities from DEC's Addis Ababa Coordination and Debre Birhan Field Offices.
• The supplier must have a renewed license for the current fiscal year.
• Bidders must indicate a price inclusive of Taxation.
• Materials must be supplied at the project implementation location: Debre Birhan City.
• DEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid items without justification.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Submission Details

• Submission Period: December 30, 2024 - January 6, 2025.
• Bid Opening: January 6, 2025, at 11:00 AM (local time: 5:00) at DEC's Both Addis Ababa Coordination and Debre Birhan field offices in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
