Maya City Finance office invites registered contractors of Category GC-2 and RC-1 and above with their Professional and above trade license open tenders for road work contractors in 2017. Therefore, we are asking bidders who meet the below criteria to compete.

To All Contractors of Category GC-2 And RC-1 and Above with Renewed License Valid for The Year 2017 E.C

1. Maya City Finance Office invites registered contractors of category GC-2 and RC-1 and above with their professional and above trade license valid for the year 2017 EC. Registered for VAT and having tax clearance certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate and its trading license, submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following Maya City Haramaya Lake Side Recreation Center.
2. Evidence of being/registered at Ethiopia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (PPPDA) Supplier List.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Proclamation of The Federal Governments of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Maya City Finance Office.
5. The bidders shall submit one mother envelop wax sealed bidding documents this shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes and shall be signed stamped and clearly labeled as original and Copy 1 and copy -2 financial and technical document failure to do so would entail rejection of the bid.
6. The financial document shall be submitted to Maya City Administration Finance Office before. deadline for bid submission. Late bid shall be rejected automatically.
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 2000 (two thousand birr) at working hours. The method of the payment will be on Sinke bank.
8. The bid must be delivered to the address below on/before dead line and must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or in cash Ethiopian 500,000 (five hundred thousand birr) to the address of Maya City Finance. Late Bids Shall Be Rejected.
9. The deadline of bid submission shall be at 2:00 PM afternoon on the 21" working day starting from the 1" announcement made on newspaper. The bid will be opened on the same date of submission at 2:30 PM afternoon in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the address below,
10. The Maya City Administration Finance office reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby any liability of the bidders.
