All local eligible Contractors Forms Category GC-/WWC-5 and above who have Trade Licenses and Construction certificates valid for year 2017 E.C. and Valid Registration Certificate from concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a nonrefundable ETB 500 (five Hundred Birr) from ERCS, Horo Guduru Wollega Zonal Branch Office Tel +251- 576-66-17-61-located at Shambu town.
2. Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute Service Reservoir (50m²), Guard House, fence work and minor water points maintenance in Oromia Region, Horo Guduru Wollega Zone, Jardega Jarte District, Jarmet Site.
3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Horo Guduru Wollega Zonal Branch Office Tel +251-576-66-17- 61-located at Shambu town along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid för 28 days after bid validity.
4. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all-in separate wax sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope.
5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Horo Guduru Wollega Zonal Branch Office, Shambu town.
6. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above.
7. You can visit the site envisaged for the construction and acquire necessary reconnaissance.
8. Bid will be closed on the 15th calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS, Oromia National Regional Brach, Horo Guduru Wollega Zonal Branch Office and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00AM.
9. ERCS, Horo Guduru Wollega Zonal Branch has the right to reject any or all bids.
