1. The Dire Dawa Administration Office of The Auditor General has fund to be used for the procurement of IT equipment for the office.
2. All eligible bidders should present from the mandated public body:

• Renewed Trade license for the year 2017 EC in the stream
• Commercial Registration
• Tin and VAT registration certificate
• Supplier Certificate
• Bid Security Birr 30,000.00/Thirty Thousand/ Birr only

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the Dire Dawa Administration Office of The Auditor General Procurement Section up on payment of 300 (THREE HUNDRED BIRR ONLY).
4. Bidding will be, conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Dire Dawa Administration and is open to all bidders
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dire Dawa Administration Office of The Auditor General and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 7:30-12:00 Am & 2:00-5:30 Pm on working hours.
6. The bid will be floated on air for 15 consecutive days and the bids must be delivered on the next day after the floating period ends to the address below at or before 4:00 AM/MORNNING/ from the date of announcement on national press. Bids shall be valid for a period of 30/THIRTY/days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Birr) in the form of a certified cheque or payable order, bank draft, letter of credit, or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend. At The Same Place & Date At 4:40 AM /MORNNING/ at the office indicated in the Address.
8. The Client reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
