Ethiopian Airlines Group invites all competent and qualified Category 1 (One) Local and International Consultant for the Design, Design Review and approval, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration for Design-Build of New Runway and Apron Rehabilitation/Maintenance Projects at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder: -

1. Any Legally established bidders with renewed business license valid for year 2023/2024, with TIN & VAT Registration certificate and taxpayer certificate can participate on the bid and get the tender document.
2. Bidders must avail Category I Consultant Certificate in the field of Civil Engineering issued by the mandated government body for the current fiscal year (2023/2024).
3. Bidders should be locally registered by the Ministry of Construction to conduct consultancy services and have license valid for year 2023/2024.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T514 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by the return email
5. All Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) for Local Bidders or Equivalent amount in USD for International Bidders in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee from banks in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on January 08, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group Head office Addis Ababa, at SSNT Bid opening Room at old HRM building in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
