PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTATION TESTING EQUIPMENT SUPPLY.

1. 1. 1. The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has budget to be used for the procurement of substation testing equipment Supply through International competitive bidding (ICB) base for three Lots.
      2. The Ethiopian Electric Power now invites eligible bidders for the procurement of substation testing equipment Supply.
      3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at Ethiopian Electric Power Head Office compound near by Kotebe Metal Tools Factory Procurement Office.

1. 1. 4. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application letter and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand) or its equivalent at in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No. 1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Giorgis Branch and EEP BUMBUNA HPP A/C No. 0101181300051, NATIONAL BANK OF ETHIOPIA (NBE), Swift Code: NBETETAA, for ETB and USD currency respectively starting from December 23, 2024.
      5. Bids must be delivered before the closing date and time to the above mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of (CPO or Bank Guarantee) as mentioned above. Late bids shall be rejected.
      6. Bid must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 PM on February 05,2025 and must be accompanied by a bid security of for (Lot 1) 25,000 USD (Twenty-Five Thousand USD), For (Lot 2) 30,000 USD (Thirty Thou- sand USD), For (Lot 3) 39,000 LSD (Thirty-Nine Thousand USD).
      7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidders’ representatives' who choose to attend on February 05, 2025 at 2:30PM.
      8. The Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
