INVITATION TO BID
- The B/G/R/State Gule Water Work and Construction Organization invites wax sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply & Installation of Solar Electromechanical Equipment in Assosa zone ura woreda Belmili, Amba5 & Tsentshalo kebeles, and Sherkole woreda Kolehu Kebele by supplying the needed materials, professionals, Skilled labor and unskilled labor.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Gule water and construction Enterprise, Tel 0917858027 /0913456258/ /0988645397 Assosa.
- A complete set of biding documents shall be purchased against the payment of none refundable birr 300.00/three hundred birr only/ the procurement and installation works shall be completed within maximum of 45 calendar days from the commencement of work.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in C.P.O. of 10,000 ETB /ten thousand birr/. Tender document must be delivered to Ministry of water Resource room 10, on 15consequentive day the bid will be on air and closed at 4:00 am local time Addis Ababa.
- Tender document will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 4:30 am local time at Ministry of water Resource room 10 Addis Ababa.
- The tender document shall be one original and two copies are available.
- The bidders should attach their VAT Registration and Tin Number Registration certificate, tax clearance and other necessary Documents.
- The Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
