1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites Building/ General Contractors of Grade 7 and/or above painting and decoration work special contractors of Grade 8 and/or landscaping contractor special contractors of Grade 8 and above bidders for the procurement of Painting & related works for DBE Head Office Tower 1 &
2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
   1. 1. 1. 1. Renewed Trade License
            2. VAT Registration Certificate
            3. TIN Certificate
            4. Registration Certificate from responsible public body.
            5. Tax clearance certificate
            6. Competence Certificate
3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from December 18, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.
4. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before January 06, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address. on January 06, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
