1. The Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI), under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, has secured funds and intends to apply part of these funds to payments under the contract for the provision of goods and services.
2. ATI now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to submit technical and financial proposals for the hiring of an Irrigation Service Provider (ISP) for the Murche and Lelicho DREAM pilot irrigation projects.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures as outlined in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English is available free of charge at the address below. Bids must be submitted via the Odyssey platform at the specified address by 10:00 AM on December 15, 2024. Please note that hard copy submissions will not be accepted after the bid submission deadline. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bidders who are not yet registered on the Odyssey platform must do so in order to access the bidding documents and submit their bids. A password from the system administrator will be required. ATI will not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to register on the platform. 6. Bids will be opened on the Odyssey online platform, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person, at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute, located at the address below. The opening will take place at 10:30 AM on January 05, 2025
7. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the Bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
8. Bidders are required to submit the following documents:
9. For National Companies: A copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, Supplier Registration Certificate from the PPA website or e-GP portal, and Professional License.
10. For International Suppliers: All the documents listed above, except
11. the Supplier Registration Certificate from the PPA website or e-GP portal, must be submitted with the proposals.

1. After receipt of bids, ATI reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from bidders to ensure the responsiveness of the bids.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.
3. The purchaser reserves the right to cancel any or all bids.
