- Bidder shall submit VAT registration certificate, renewed business license, valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, registration in the suppliers list (for domestic bidders) and business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment. (For foreign bidders).
- A bid security shall be required in the name of Oromia Seed Enterprise in the form of COP or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized banks in Ethiopia. The amount of Bid security is 2% (two percent) of the total price. If the total bid security exceeds ETB 500,000.00 (Birr five hundred thousand), the bidder shall reduce the amount to ETB 500,000.00 (Birr five hundred thousand).
- The Bid document (Soft Copy) shall be obtained from Oromia Seed Enterprise head office beside of Agona Cinema Balaker Tower 4th floor office No 402 Addis Ababa upon payment of nonrefundable birr 200 (two hundred birr).
- The bid will be closed on 26th calendar day starting from the bid announced at 2:00 pm (8:00 local time) and will be opened on 26th day at 2:30 pm (local time) at the address mentioned in No 4 above in presence of bidders or representatives even if bidder could not be available at the specified place and time, the purchaser shall open the bid in their absence.
- Oromia Seed Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
