- Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from Dec. 13, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200 (Birr Two hundred only) to Corporate Branch, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid document Soft Copy from Procurement Directorate, Office No.104, Tower III, 1st floor.

- The Bidder can participate with any lot they want.
- Sample Must be Submitted before or on the Bid Opening Date.
- Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before Dec. 31, 2024 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1" floor.
- The Bid's shall be opened on the above-mentioned address, on Dec. 31, 2024 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

- Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents with one sealed envelope with copies.
- The language of Tender shall be English.
- DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
