Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Smart ID Card, Lamination, Ribbon and Encoding Devices and Zebra ZXP 7 Series Spare Part Accessories.

Smart ID card (600,000), Custom Lamination (850), Ribbon (850), Smart Card Encoder (20), Zebra ZXP 7 Series Spare Part Accessories like Zebra ZXP 7 series Kit, Print head Assembly (30), Zebra ZXP 7 series Kit, Drive Assembly Feeder (30) and Zebra ZXP 7 series Kit, Laminator Heater Assembly (20). Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 500.00 ETB (Five Hundred Birr) the method of payment will be Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc. No.1000007343314 or Sinke Bank Acc. No. 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.
2. Bidders must summit valid trade license renewed for 2017 E.C, Tax Clearance Certificate, Suppliers list and Vat registration Certificate.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before January, 15/ 2025 at 10:00 AM (4:30 Local Time) late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at January, 15/2025 at 10:30 AM (4:30 Local Time).
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 500,000 ETB (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency with sealed envelope. a
6. The Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial documents in two Copies separately Technical in two copies (Original and Copy) Financial in two Copies (Original and Copy) in separate envelopes.
7. Oramia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
