Central Ethiopia mines and energy agency-regional here sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for the supply of:

1. Bidder should present a business license valid for the current year and registration certificate for VAT & Tax payer's certificate.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300.00/three hundred birr only/
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CENTRAL ETHIOPIA MEA office wolikite city.
4. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening bids should be accompanied by security of ETB 10,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
5. Bid must be delivered to the CENTRAL ETHIOPIA MEA, Wolikete city, at or before 02:00 pm on 15 consecutive days of this announcement on newspaper. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
6. Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who are interested to attend at 02:30 on 15th day of announcement this invitation for bids notices on the newspaper at CENTRAL ETHIOPΙΑ ΜΕΑ - woliket city. if there will public holiday and weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the hid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue.
7. The offer document should be neat and clear.
8. Bids that are received after the tender box has been closed will be rejected and returned unopened
9. Bids that received after the tender boxes has been closed will be rejected and retuned unopened.
10. Bidders should be manufactures of metal-based products or Biogas Appliances
11. Bidders must provide a sample of Dome Pipe & Dung Mixer during submission of bid document
12. The CENTRAL ETHIOPIA MEA-reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
13. The agency has the right to cancel the bid partially or fully
