1. Washington Healthcare PLC (WH) is a specialized secondary care health facility managed and staffed by Ethiopian, American and other doctors of foreign nationalities.
2. The project shall be; Water supply wells drilling & commissioning for Bole -Rwanda & Bole-Bulbula Branches.
3. Washington Healthcare PLC invites interested and competent contractors of grade WWC-4/GC-4 & above with proven capabilities and demonstrated performance in similar requirement to undertake the procurement of "WATER SUPPLY WELLS DRILLING & COMMISSIONING FOR BOLE RWANDA & BOLE-BULBULABRANCHES".
4. Interested companies meeting the following criteria are encouraged to submit their Technical and financial documents.

Mandatory Requirements for Qualification:

5. Letter of interest clearly indicating the project reference and company structure/ information.
6. Evidence of valid and current renewed business license to provide such works.
7. Evidence of VAT registration and tax clearance certificate.
8. Valid supplier list registration with FPPA as contractor for water/civil works.
9. At least 3 years of experience in similar projects.
10. Reference letters (checks) for successful completion of similar type of projects, minimum 3 projects (highest value).
11. Details of completion of similar type of projects in the last three years under heading: Scope, Value, Duration, & Clients contact details
12. Detailed Project planning and Execution methodology.
13. Details of key technical staffs who shall be involved in the project execution.
14. Details of Equipment owned by the company relevant to execution of the work.
15. Quality assurance & quality control practices currently in place for the execution of similar work.
16. Company's' of safety procedures and methodologies for the execution of similar

work.

17. The Applicant shall submit only one bid document, either in its own name or as a member of a Joint Venture (JV).
18. Interested Applicants may obtain further information at the address below.
19. Contract award for successful applicants can be for the full scope of the project or part of it.
20. All documents must be submitted by hand to the address below no later than December 20, 2024 4:00pm then the Documents will open with the present of all Bidders Legal representatives 5:00 Pm on the same Day.
21. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 50,000 (Birr Fifty thousand only) in the form of bank guarantee or CPO (to the address below).
22. The period for construction, delivery, clearance and installation period is 30 calendar days in total.
23. Bidders are to submit two sealed documents each labeled as "Original" and "Copy".
24. The Client reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
25. The bidder shall be responsible for preparing and obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for the execution of the project from the concerned government body on the behalf of the Client. This includes, conducting all necessary studies, assessments, and surveys as required by regulatory authorities. Preparing and submitting complete and accurate permit applications to relevant government agencies and authorities, facilitating communication and coordination with the appropriate regulatory bodies to ensure timely issuance of the required permits for the water supply wells drilling work.
