- Interested Illegible bidders may obtained further information from inspect the bid document from at local time 2:30 up to 6:30 & in the afternoon 7:30PM 11:00 from Monday to Friday at the address given below.
- The bidding document in Afan Oromo may only be purchased
by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below & upon payment of nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,500.00(One thousand five hundred)
- Bidders’ documentary requirements include category of renewed trade license Tax clearance & Vat registration & Certificate of compliance.
- Bid will public ally opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement of this tender notice on the Ethiopian Herald News Paper after 21 working days. If the 22th day is a holiday, opening & closing will be the next working day at the same time.
- All bid must be Accompanied bid security in the form of CPO only amount of ETB 300,000.00(Three Hundred Thousand birr) in the name of Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB)
- The Bureau OIPDB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
