- Bidders should have business license valid for the current fiscal year, registration certificate for VAT, and at least 5 years of work experience in deep boreholes drilling.
- Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 300.00/ Three hundred birr/ from the Bureau, Ground Block Room No. 22 & 23
- Bids should be accompanied by a bid security amounting 200,000.00 Birr in an acceptable form of CPO or Bank Guarantee and shall remain valid for a period of 120 day after the date of bid opening.
- Bidders are invited to submit financial and technical proposals original and copy separately enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope and the number of copies of both financial and technical documents are three to the Bureau on 21st calendar day at/ before 2:00 P.M of this announcement.
- Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 2:30 P.M in the same date at Hawassa. If the 21st day of the bid announcement lies on Ethiopian holyday or week end, the closing and opening day of the bid will be on the next working day at 2:00 PM and 2:30 P.M respectively at the Bureau.
- The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
