Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) plans to extend invitations to qualified contractors for the Gela-Gelan Arabsa-Kura Jida Asphalt Road Project's sub-letting construction portions listed hereunder:

1. Lot 01: 3+500 to 7+500
2. Lot 02: 7+500 to 11+500

Therefore, in accordance with the terms stated below, interested and qualified bidders are encouraged to participate in the bid.

1. Purchase bid document with none-refundable payment of Birr 600 (six hundred) with the presence of valid Business License indicating the stream of business and must be registered in the public procurement Administration Agency's Suppliers List, Tax Clearance certificate TIN and VAT Registration certificate issued by the tax authority stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.
2. Renewed registration Certificate of Competency from authorized body as "GC-3/RC-3" and above with relevant experience with valid license
3. Bidders shall furnish Bid Security in the form of CPO OR unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with an amount of ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand) in the Name of Oromia Construction Corporation.
4. Bid Proposal shall be submitted on/before December 24/2024 G.C at 2:00 P.M. The bid will be closed on December 24/2024 at 2:00PM. and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
5. OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
