1. The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank to ward the cost of the Lowlands Livelihood Resilient Project-LLRP, P 16433- and Credit No. IDA 6412-ET, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to ward payments under the contract mentioned above.
2. "Bidders may bid for one or two lots/contracts, as further defined in the bis ding document and award is permitted for one and/or two lots/contract.

4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procure me Regulations for IPF Borrowers" October 2017 "Procurement Regulations and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation.

6.  The bid floating period is 30 days from 5 December 2024-3 January, 2025.
7. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of [Birr 500].
