- The method of payment for non-refundable fee must be in cash.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM at working hours.
- Documents will be issued at Afar Procurement and Property Disposal Service. Office NO 03.
- The bid will remain on air for 15 consecutive days starting from the first date of advertisement on the Ethiopian Herald News Paper.
- Bid must be delivered at address below before 10:00Am (4:00 morning local time) at Afar GPPDS Office No. 03 and Bid will be closed at 10:00 Am (local time morning 4:00) and opened at 10:30Am (4:30 morning local time). Bid presented by any bidder after the closing time will not be accepted.
- AGPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.
