Invitation to Bid for External Audit Services

Heritage Watch Charity Association is a non-profit, Ethiopian Organization, established in Addis Ababa Ethiopia, legally represented by: Esther Selassie Antonin, in the position of Executive Director. Heritage Watch Charity Association invites qualified audit firms to submit bids for the provision of external audit services for the financial year end [Dec. 31, 2023 & Dec. 31, 2024, End Date of Financial Years].

Scope of Work:

The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of the organization's financial statements, including:

• Verification of financial transactions
• Assessment of internal controls
• Compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Preparation of an independent auditor's report

Qualifications:

✓ Registration with the relevant regulatory body

✓ Proven experience in auditing NGOs or similar organizations

✓ A team of qualified and experienced auditors

✓ Strong understanding of international accounting standards and local regulations

➤ Detailed proposal outlining the firm's methodology and approach

➤Curriculum vitae of key personnel involved in the audit

➤Financial proposals, including fees and payment terms
