Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite qualified Category-1 consulting Firms for the Design Review, Construction Supervision & Contract Administration for Renovation of Cargo Terminal 1 G+2 Office Building and Construction of G+4 Multipurpose Building Project. ETG invites all local and international Consultants having local trade license to participate on national competitive bids.

Consultants should be locally registered and with renewed Certificate of Competency as a GC-1/BC-1 National Consulting Firm by mandated government body with renewed Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.

The consultancy of the works shall be completed within 150 calendar days for G+2 Cargo Office Building Renovation/Expansion and 300 calendar days for G+4 Multi- Purpose Building Construction from the commencement of the work.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until the bid closing date of December 16, 2024, by depositing non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T504 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E- 99). Bidders shall e-mail the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below E-Mail address and will get the tender document by return E-Mail.

Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand ETB). Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days. Ethiopian Airlines Group has the right to request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the proposal for additional days.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on December 16, 2024, at

2:30 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:00 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening room in the presence of bidders or their representatives. For more information, please contact us with the below address.
