TO ALL CONTRACTORS OF CATEGORY GRADE BC-3 OR GC-J and above

1. Addis Ababa City Administration Urban Beautification and Green Development Bureau has a budget to be used for the procurement of Petros Paulose and Kechene M/Alem Cemeteries Fence and Related Civil, Landscape anal cemetery works in Addis Ababa
2. The AACAUBGDB snow invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of works mentioned above
3. Bidders are required to submit application letter, renewed Business license and Valid Tax clearance to collect the bidding document from the address below
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to Grade BC-3 OR GC-3 and above eligible bidders
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from AACAUBGDB and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 2:30 to 11:30, local time during office days.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00. (Five Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be in cash.
7. Bid must be delivered to the Address below on or before 4:00, morning local time up to the 21st of consecutive calendar days of this announcement appears in newspaper. If the day is not a working, it will be the next working day.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee in ETB.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the 21st of consecutive calendar days of this announcement appear in newspaper at 4:30, morning local time. If the day is not a

working, it will be the next working day.

10. AACAUBGDB reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any items on the bid.
