1. Development Bank of Ethiopia Invites interested bidders for the Procurement of HD Camera with full accessories.
2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

1. Renewed Trade License                     iv.  VAT Registration Certificate
2. TIN Certificate                                       v.   Supply Registration Certificate
3. Tax clearance certificate                      vi.   Competence Certificate

3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from November 27, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower II, 1st floor.
4. Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before December 12, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower lIl, 1st floor.
6. Bids shall be opened in the above-mentioned address, on December 12, 2024 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
9. The language of the tender is English.
