1. Amhara National Regional State Livestock & Fisheries Resource Development Office, through the Government of Ethiopia, has received finance from the African Development Bank herein after called the Bank, towards the cost of Multi-Sectorial Approach for Stunting Reduction Project and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. The Amhara National Regional State Livestock & Fisheries Resource Development Office now invites eligible bidders with work licenses in civil construction works for the construction of;

3. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the procedures of the Africa Development Bank's Procurement Framework for Bank Funded Operations dated October 2015.

com and inspect the hidding document during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the ANRS Livestock & Fisheries Resource Development Office, Input, Supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate, floor/room number 19 upon payment of anone refimdable fee Birr 1,200.00/ One Thousand Two Hundred. The method of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be physically sent by the bidder or its legal representative

5.  Bids must be delivered to ANRS Livestock & Fisheries Resource Development Office, Input, Supply, Marketing and Distribution Directorate, floor/room number 19 Bahir Dar, before 10:00 AM 24 November, 2024 G.C; and Bids shall be opened at 10:00 AM on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. If the bid opening date is Holiday, opening date will be the next working day. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days +28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
7. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2023/2024 G.C
8. The office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
