3. Bids accompanied by bid bond of 100,000.00Ethiopian birr in the form CPO or Bank Guaranty and must be submitted to the above-mentioned office.
4. Bid shall be delivered bid documents to Bishoftu Town water supply and Sewerage Enterprise, 1 floor Room No 5 and Tel.+251011-430- 0517 on or before 2:00 PM Dec 07,2024. Bids shall be open at 02:30 PM Dec 07, 2024 on the same date in the presence of the bidder's representatives at the office of the Enterprise's hall Is' floor.
5. A complete bid documents in English can he purchased from the above-mentioned office upon payment of non-refundable fee Birr 500 by submission of a written application to the address indicated below.
6. Bidders should present valid and renewed license, Registration certificate issued from Oromia/Ministry of Finance, renewed commercial and Business License, Registration Card for VAT & TIN together with written application & copy of ID Card.
7. Bishoftu Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprise reserves the right to reject partial or fully the Bids.
