1. Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) on behalf of Oromia regional public bodies has a mandate to procure goods and services have funds within the public bodies' budget for the Procurement of common user goods and services with framework contract for the period of one year.
2. Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) invite scaled bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of different types of Different Types of Civil Servant Working Uniforms about 35 (thirty-five) items and the detail is mentioned in bid document.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures under framework contract agreement contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
4. Delivery of goods and services shall be at the premises of the supplier warehouse in Addis Ababa.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 A.M (morning) and 1:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. (afternoon).
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00 (four hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before December 06, 2024 G.C at 02:00 P.M. in the afternoon. Bid will be opened on December 06, 2024 G.C at 02:15 P.M. in the afternoon in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) reserve the right to reject any bid or all bids and any items on the bid without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
