PROCUREMENT OF BATTERY BACKUP SYSTEM BID NUMBER (034/24/SNV)

SNV- Ethiopia Country Office would like to float a tender to the public to get interested and potential bidders who can compete for the procurement of battery backup system which includes sizing, supply, installation, and providing aftersales service.

Objective

To get package services and items supply that are required to install battery backup systems in the SNV Ethiopian office located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The package services include Sizing/designing battery backup systems, item Supply. Installation, and aftersales service.

1. Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV Ethiopia Head office from 18th November 2024 to 3rd December 2024 from SNV Ethiopia Address (only on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
2. Bid submission deadline: bids must be submitted to the address below on or before 3rd December 2024, Time 2:00 PM:
3. Late bids will not be accepted, and it will be returned unopened to the bidder.
4. Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes which must be signed and stamped.
5. Technical bid documents should be submitted according to the requests indicated on the for (Including the company's latest financial audit reports).
6. All bid prices should be valid for 120 days and prices shall be quoted in ETB.
7. Bid bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of Birr 50,000 (must be attached with the technical proposal). It should be valid for 120 days. starting from the bid submission deadline.
8. While submission of the technical and financial documents, bidders are required to submit a copy of a Business Registration Certificate, renewed related trade license. TIN, and VAT certificates.
