1. The Agricultural Transformation Institute of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has funds, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to 
2. The Agricultural Transformation Institute invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the supply and delivery of 155 units of Field Risers, complete with all necessary components.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English is available for free at the address below. Bids must be submitted via the Odyssey platform at the specified address by 10:00 AM on December 19, 2024. Please note that we will not accept hard copy tender documents on or after the bid submission deadline. Late bids will be rejected.
5. Bidders who have not yet registered on this platform must do so in order to get the bidding document and submit their bids, as a password from the system administrator will be required. The Institute will not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to register on the platform. 6. Bids will be opened on the Odyssey online platform, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person, at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute, located at the address below. The opening will take place at 10:30 AM on December 19, 2024.
7. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the Bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
8. Bidders are required to submit the following documents:

For National Companies: A copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, Supplier Registration Certificate from the PPA website or e-GP portal, and Professional License.

For International Suppliers: All documents listed above are mandatory, except the Supplier Registration Certificate from the PPA website or e-GP portal and must be submitted with their proposals.

9. After receipt of bids. ATI reserves the right to request any additional information or seek clarifications from the bidder to ascertain responsiveness of bids received.
10. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 11:30AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.
11. The purchaser reserves the right to cancel any or all bids.
