1. The Federal Democratic Government of Ethiopia has received for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the LOWLANDS LIVELIHOOD RESILIENCE PROJECT has received part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of following listed contracts blow, for this contracts, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 400 (Four Hundred birr) for each contract. The method of payment will be cash collected to Oromia Irrigation pastoralist Development Bureau Finance directorate and come up written receipt to collect bid document. The bid document will be received physical by bidder.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below: Oromia Regionals State offices, Sar- Bet Oromia Irrigation and Pastoral Area Development Bureau, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project 8h floor Room no LLRP. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
