- The Ethiopian Roads Administration now invites interested eligible legal firms to submit expression of interest letter with their company profile documents and testimonies, for the above Services.
- Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Application/participation is open to all locally registered Eligible Domestic Legal Firms.
Any firm who failed to submit its Expression of Interest on or before the deadline for submission will not become eligible for short-listing. The Client would not accept any additional documents to substantiate or provide missed documents in the original Expression of Interest and the assessment would be carried out based on the document to be submitted.

- Applicants are strictly advised to the following notes:
- Applicants shall specifically indicate the package of projects they are interested to participate.
- Applicants wishing to participate in association shall indicate the form of association specifically as sub-consultancy or joint venture.
- Short listed applicants will be provided the detailed Terms of Reference to submit their price quotations.
- Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below on/ or before November 29, 2024 at 4:30 P.M. Applicants shall send their Expression of Interest application in three copies or alternatively, applicants may send the original scanned copy of their corresponding signed application documents electronically through email address dedicated for this purpose:
