1. Benishangal-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau has raised budget from UNICEF and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Maintenance of Bildigilu health center, MCH block, Dangur OR block and Guba woreda Fankuso Health Post
2. The invitation is for National Contractors of GC/BC 5 and above having

• Trade License valid for the year-2017 EC.
• Trade license registration certificate
• VAT registration certificate and tax clearance.
• Short Term Registration Certificate from B/G/R/S/urban development bureau.
• Supplier list registration certificate valid for 2017 E.C

1. Required service: Maintenance of Bildigilu health center MCH block,

Dangur OR block and Guba woreda Fankuso Health Post based on the

2. attached design, specification and bill of quantities. 2. The intended completion date for the whole of works shall be 45 for calendar days for both projects.
3. Bidders can obtain the bidding documents from Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau Procurement process owner up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500.
4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00 ETB for Bildigilu Mch Bid, 80 for Dangur OR block bid and 60 for Guba woreda Fankuso Health post in C.P.O. or unconditional bank guarantee and submitted to the same office on or before 2:00 PM of November 19, 2024.

       Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM of 15 consecutive days at

       the same office in the presence of the bidders/bidders legal representative's.

5. The bidders shall seal the original and two copies of technical and financial documents in two inner envelopes and one outer envelope, dully marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES". And writing the following address on the envelope, Benishangul-Gumuz Regional Health Bureau,
