OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
TENDER No. NCB/OCC-103/2024
Oromia Construction Corporation has planned to invite eligible bidders for the Construction of Containerized Potable Drinking Water Compact Treatment Plant for Hayadima Dawa Water Supply Project.
A Complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 400.00(four Hundred) in cash.
Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the Construction of the above-mentioned Compact Treatment Plant on the basis of the following conditions.
Those who owned
- Renewed relevant Trade license,
- Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (GC-4 or WWC-4 and Special Contractor and above) with relevant experience and valid license.
- Valid VAT registration certificate & Tax payers’ registration,
- Valid Business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in and must be registered in the Public Procurement Administration Agency's Suppliers List.
- Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the tax Authority stating that the bidder is eligible to participate in any Public Tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids,
- A complete set of bidding document in English shall be obtained from OCC 2nd floor Contract Administration and Supervision Team Sub-Contracted Projects room,
- Bidder shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with an amount of Eth.br.100,000 (one hundred thousand) in the name of Oromia Construction Corporation. Failure to fulfill acceptable bid security will cause automatic disqualification:
- Bid validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date,
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Contract administration & Supervision Team, Sub-contracted Projects,
- Bid will be closed on November 21/2024 GC at 2:00 PM & opened on the same date at 2:30 PM
- OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
