The Employer, Dire Dawa Agriculture Water, Mines & Energy Office, has received a budget from Dire Dawa City Administration towards the cost of Rural small scale Irrigation Dam construction materials project and intends to apply part of the budget for payments of supply of materials for Construction

LOT-I construction materials for water works (capital)

LOT-II construction materials for water works (SDG)

Dire Dawn Water, Mines & energy Office now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having for supply of water construction materials as described below,

1. Bidding will be conducted through NCB procedures and is open to all eligible bidders
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address below and obtain the bidding documents during office hours 0800AM to 0500 PM.
3. Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualifying criteria to qualify for award of the contract
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may purchase by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 600 (Six Hundred Birr) on cash.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 8th Nov, 2024 AM Electronic bidding, will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
6.  Bids will be publicly opened at the address mentioned below on 8% Nov, 2024 AM, 9:30 AM
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO.
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening date.
