Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement of 'Maintenance for the Oromia Public Service Buses (SUNLONG Quantity 10), DAEWOO Quantity 8), BISHOFTU Quantity 9) and TATA Quantity 29), Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bidding documents.

1. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500.00 ETB (Five hundred Birr) The method of payment will be by transferring the required amount to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc. No.1000007343314 Or Sinqqe Bank Acc. No. 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before November, 11/2024 at 10:00 Am (4:00 Local Time). Late bids will be rejected.
3. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at November, 11/2024 at 10:30 Am (4:30 Local Time).
4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 200,000 ETB (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
5. The Bidder should enclose the Original and each Copy of the Technical and Financial document. The envelopes containing the Original and the Copies shall then be enclosed in one single envelope.
6. Oromia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
