LIHIKET DESIGN AND SUPERVISION CORPORATION invite sealed bids compromising of a Technical and Financial Proposal from eligible bidder and qualified service providers of consulting company's or work as a Free-lancer for the procurement of:

* Design advisor for SHINFA Dam large scale integrated irrigation projects.

1. This invitation is open to all qualified service providers with relevant experience and qualifications
2. Any interested eligible bidder/Freelancer can get a complete Set of Bidding Documents without payment from lihiket design and supervision corporation Bahir Dar office no. 29.
3. Bidders participating on the bid should submit renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax identification Number certificate. Therefore, bidders should produce all necessary documents if required, not indicated here. But for those who do not have legal license work as a Freelancer may not mandatory.
4. The bidders should submit two sealed envelopes indicating one for technical offer accompanied by a bidder’s profile and/or CV & the other one for financial document.
5. The Bid shall be closed at 2:00 PM in the afternoon (8:00 Local time) on the 16th consecutive calendar day noon counted from the first day of Bid Advertisement appeared in The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives

who want to attend in Bahir Dar at the mini hall at 2:30 PM (afternoon

8:30 local time) on the same date specified above.

7. The CORPORATION reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
