Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Industry (MOI) invites bids from interested eligible bidders for the procurement of different goods or materials for OS-Integrated Agro-Industry Park project office.

Therefore, MOI now invites all national (local) registered suppliers for bidding to supply those items indicated in lots below, for use in 2017 EC

budget year (2024)

Lot 1: IT Equipment

Lot 2: Office Furniture & Floor carpet

Lot 3. Stationary & Different office Materials

Interested bidders shall submit the following legal evidence document:

1. Business organization registration certificate, trade license, and other necessary testimonials issued by the Country of Administration;
2. For local bidders, registered in the Public Procurements & Property Administration Agency, Tax Clearance Certificate including, Renewed Trade License for the current year (2016E.C. for each purchasing and VAT & TIN Registration Certificates.)
3. For non-local/foreign/ bidders, registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of Administration;
4. Bidding should be conducted through the national Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.
5. Bidders shall submit two envelopes for each lot "Technical Proposal Original & Copy, Bid Security" and "Financial Proposal Original & Copy separately in another envelope. (One original and one copy for both Technical and Financial Proposals.)
6. The bid document shall be obtained on web site www.mol.gov.et & you can collect softcopy from Mol.
7. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of the MOI OS- IAIP project procurement office 5th floor room No 511, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 4kilo at the back of Aberhot Library, Tel. 0917180001.
8. The bid Security must Birr 10,000.00/ten thousand/ for each Lot in the form of CPO Bank Guarantee.
9. Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at MOI OS-IAIP project procurement office 5th floor room No 511, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, 4kilo at the back of Aberhot Library, time morning up to 4:00 Addis Ababa /local/ time on Nov 15/2024.
10. Bids will be opened on the same date/ Nov 15/2024/at 4:30 Addis Ababa local time in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives.
11. Successful bidder must submit performance Security 10%/ ten percent/ of estimated total purchase price on contract agreement.
12. Mol reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.,
