- A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by any interest bidders from the date of this announcement up to Hidar 6, 2017 E.C 3:20 pm on payment of non-refundable fee for each bid document birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) during working hours from (MPPPSC) Head Office, OTHlocated at Finfinnee, Bole Michael Ija Developers Building.
- Bidders should deposit the document purchase price in any Commercial Bank of Ethiopia by the Name of Melba Printing, Publishing and Packaging Share Company in account No. given to them from head office through telephone.
- Bidders should submit currently renewed license for 2016 EFY, VAT and Tax Registration certificates including trade registration, supplier registration certificate & valid tax clearance.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting 1% of the total amount for each category bid, in the form of CPO issued by a recognized domestic Bank or unconditional bank guarantee.
- The bidders must provide a separate Financial and Technical Original, copy, bid bond & supporting documents in a separate well sealed in one big envelop for each bid, duly marking the inner envelop as "original" and "copy", and indicate on which category you will commit.
- Bidders should submit their offer to MPPPSC Head Office on /or before Hidar 6, 2017 E.C 3:30 pm.
- The Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on specified date and time indicated table.
- It is not permissible for any bidders to quote bid price on price quoted by any other bidders.
- MPPPSC reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
