Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for Procurement of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of IP CCTV Cameras and Integration to Existing CCTV Infrastructure at New CCTV Situation Upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.

1. Bidders who are engaged in the sector shall present a renewed trade license, trade registration certificate, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, supplier list registration certificate, and relevant registration Electromechanical certificate Grade-2 and above from Ethiopia Energy Authority (EAA), if bidders are foreign bidders shall provide an equivalent certificate.
2. Foreign Bidders shall submit a business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment
3. Manufacturer Authorization to the bidder from the Manufacturer of the Equipment
4. To access the tender document bidders shall register on ESL supplier list using the link https://ehog.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/PrcPosRegisterS upplier?preBuId=300000003585149 or register at Head Office in person 10th floor at procurement department upon fulfilling trade license certificate and TIN starting from the date of this announcement.
5. The bid shall be valid for the period of 60 days after the system bid closing date.
6. Bidder shall submit bid security in person before bid closing time at the Head Office of the enterprise's 10th-floor procurement department and the amount of the bid security is 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) birr or equivalent amount in USD or EURO. The type of acceptable bid security is: - unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order (CPO). The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the Bid Proposal. Which shall be remained valid for a period of 60 days +28-88
7. The deadline for bid submission is date and time of ERP System.
8. Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
