1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) has a mandate to procure common user items with a framework Contract Agreement on behalf of Regional Public bodies who have funds within the public bodies' budget to be used for the Procurement of Different types of generators,

3. The amount of bid security shall be 1% (one percent) of the total bid Price, If the total bid security exceeds birr five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00), the bidder shall reduce the amount to five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00),
4.  Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under framework agreement contract procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by Interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a nom refundable fee of Ethiopian B 300.00 (Three Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before Nov 1, 2024 G.C. at 02:00 PM in the Afternoon. Late bids shall be rejected.
