2. The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia, Ardaita Agricultural Technical and Vocational Training College Now Invites Wax-Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders Who Have Renewed valid business license indicating the stream business in BC Grade 2 or GC Grade 3 and above renewed for the current year Construction of Cafeteria, retaining wall and site work for 2016 EC Registered For VAT and Has recent tax clearance cafeteria, retaining wall and site work that enables the bidder to participate in bids and registered in suppliers list for which this invitation for bids is issued.
3. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ardaita Agricultural Technical and Vocational Training College now invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable bidders for construction of cafeteria, retaining wall and site work at Ardaita Agricultural technical and vocational training college.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the stated address and up on payment of non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 Eth. Birr.
5. Bids must be accompanied by 500,000.00-birr bids security of in an acceptable form of bank CPO or bank guarantee, and shall be placed in the original technical proposal.
6. The technical and financial proposals have to be separately

prepared and sealed with all necessary copies as indicated in the instruction to bidders and Bid data sheet.

7. Copies of tender documents can be obtained from Ardaita

ATVET college with the following address on Addis Ababa college liaison office behind gatfam hotel Infront of Addis Hiwot Hospital Between 8:00 Am and 5:00 PM hours.

8. Bids must be delivered to the above office before on 31 day a 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Ardaita Agricultural technical and vocational training college conference room.

9. If the bid opening date is on holiday or rest day the bid must opened on the next working day.

10)The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry Labour and Skills Ardaita Agricultural Technical and Vocation Training College reserves the right to accept or reject part on of the bidding process.
