Hosanna Town Water Supply & Sewerage Service Enterprise has planned to procure GI Pipe and GI pipe fittings.

1. Bidding will be conducted through a NATIONAL COMPETETIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedure, and is open to all bidders from eligible source as defined in the Guidelines.
2. Bid shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening.
3. Bidders Should Present Renewed Business License, registration certificate issued from authorized ministry, tax payer certificate, and registration card for VAT & TIN together and copy of ID card Valid for the Year 2016.
4. Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 300/three hundred birr /only at Hosanna from water utility office NO 8 With in 21 (Twenty one) calendar days of this announcement.
5. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 30,000 ETB amount in an acceptable form (CPO or UNCONDITIONAL Bank Guarantee).
6. Bidders are invited to submit one original financial & technical proposals and two copy of financial enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the office within 21 (Twenty one)) calendar days of this announcement.
7. Bids must be delivered to the Hosanna town water supply and sewerage Enterprise. Room number, 09 Hosanna, at or before 2:00 p.m. on 21 calendar day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Ethiopian national newspaper of Addis Zemen. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the 21th calendar date starting from posted date at the Newspaper, at 2:30 p.m. within the utility office.
9. No verbal agreement of conversation made or had at any time with the Authority employee shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations herein stated.
10. The HTWSSE reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
