1. The South Ethiopia Regional State Bureau of Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction of Canal, Drop Structure, Division Box, and Chute Work and Farm Structures for Bolicha Small Scale Irrigation Project Located in Gedio Zone, Churso Woreda, Bisha Mora Layo kebele.
2. Interested eligible bidders should submit VAT certificate, TIN No Renewed trade license 2016/2017 EC.
3. The South Ethiopia Regional State Bureau of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-SER FSRP-427733-CW-RFB for the Procurement of Construction of Canal, Drop Structure, Division Box, and Chute Work and Farm Structures for Bolicha Small Scale Irrigation Project Located in Gedio Zone, Churso Woreda, Bisha Mora Layo kebele.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the South Ethiopia Regional State Bureau of Agriculture at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00. The method of payment will be in cash. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 450,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on 30/10/2024 GC Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 10:30 AM 30/10/2024 GC, at the following address stated below.
