Procurement of Works Contract for the Construction of Shades in Three Lots as;

• Lot 1: Construction of Shade for Cement Mill
• Lot II: Construction of Shade for Raw Material
• Lot III: Construction of Shade at Packing Area at Habesha Cement S.C Plant Site

Habesha Cement S.C hereby invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the construction works in the Three Lots mentioned above at its plant site located in Oromia regional state, Welmera Woreda, Holeta town, 35km from Addis Ababa. Habesha Cement S.C invites eligible bidders with Category of B.C Grade-5 and Above renewed for 2016 E.C with other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating bidder's compliance including:

• Trading license renewed for 2017 E.C;
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• VAT registration certificate, neriz

All Bids Must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 250,000.00 (ETB Two Hundred Fifty Thousand). Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents at Habehsa Cement S.C head office located at the address given below, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM to 5:00 PM Local time from Monday to Saturday. Bidders shall deliver their bidding documents on or before 10th October 2024 until 10:00 AM and any submission later than that will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of designated representatives of bidders who choose to attend. The National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding, which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials. The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
